Joe Feldman brings over 35 years of extensive healthcare experience to the recruiting industry. He served in the capacity of Administrator and then Regional Director for a long term care organization where he oversaw the operation of eight centers throughout the eastern United States. Joe started and managed the operation of a medical supply company which served the home care industry, physician practices, hospitals, and private insurance companies. He created one of the first cost containment programs, offering the private industry access to products and services at reduced rates. After successfully selling his organization, he began consulting with various providers throughout the United States and developed a quality program for managed care providers to assure compliance with NCQA. He has served on numerous association committees throughout his career, primarily where it impacted the growth of both small and large organizations and their leadership.
Joe entered the healthcare recruiting industry in 2001 and in 2006 created The Spring Group to provide his clients with the unparalleled service he felt they expected.
Joe is a graduate of Indiana University with a BS in Business.
He is an active member of the ASC Association, SGNA, AHRMM, Top Echelon Network, and Rotary International.
